Cancellation Policy
• A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The deposit will be applied toward your service total.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are valid for one reschedule when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
• Clients are responsible for rebooking their own appointments.
• Deposits must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date. Unused deposits will automatically be forfeited after 30 days.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-call/no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.
